About Coach Holland
Coach Antonio Holland is the founder of Past Present Future Sports Foundation and brings a unique combination of competitive playing experience, championship coaching, and professional sports industry expertise to every training session at The Beal Center.
As a forward on the Saint Louis Trotters from 2011 to 2015, Antonio competed at the semi-professional level and earned an IBA National Championship in 2015. He carried that winning mentality into coaching, serving as Assistant Coach for the Lift for Life Academy High School Women's Basketball Team, which he helped lead to their first-ever Class 3 Missouri State Championship in 2021.
Beyond the court, Antonio is a Sports Management Worldwide (SMWW) Certified FIBA and WNBA Basketball Agent, giving him rare insight into the full journey from youth development through professional athletics. His training sessions focus on building strong fundamentals — dribbling, shooting mechanics, defensive positioning, and basketball IQ — while creating a supportive environment where every athlete feels challenged and valued, regardless of their starting skill level.
